Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping – Flat rate / Free over $100
  • Express Shipping – Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Tonkè is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
